What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is the science, art and philosophy of locating and correcting vertebral subluxations (i.e. spinal misalignments) through specific, gentle chiropractic adjustments thus allowing the body to function at its optimum potential.
What is an adjustment?
A specific, non-invasive “thrust" delivered by in instrument called the Integrator or a thrust delivered by hand which is called a “Manual Adjustment”. It is fast and non-painful. The purpose of the adjustment is to remove nerve interference in your body.
Will my adjustment hurt?
We employ manual adjustments which are safe, gentle and they feel good too! We adjust numerous practice members ranging in age from one- month to ninety-five years old.
Can you help my sick child?
Probably, however, we do not label and treat diseases. We are a center for well-being. We DO address the underlying imbalances that CAUSE disease and discomfort in both the body and mind.
How many times do I have to come?
Each practice member is unique on every level; therefore, it is virtually impossible for us to know exactly how many adjustments you will need to hit each of your health goals. However, one truth we do know is that your goals and expectations have 100% to do with the number of times you visit us.
Will I feel better after getting adjusted?
We are not focused on treating diseases, but rather on enhancing the healing potential of all practice members. There are numerous scientific studies that document that those receiving chiropractic care experience a 200% increase in immuno-competence (stronger immune system) as well as a host of other benefits including: increased energy and stamina, increased metabolism, increased mental acuity, greater ability to cope with stress, and much more. The importance is on quality of life rather than on disease outcomes. Will chiropractic care be expensive?

What services do you offer?
We offer State-of-the-art chiropractic care including adjustments utilizing manually-delivered by hand, therapeutic massage, chronic pain relieving cold laser therapy, ionizing / detox foot baths, extensive lending library, Personal Trainer relationship offering various exercise classes (small and rehabilitative for the body and mind), FREE bi-weekly health talks, stress management and goal setting work shops, and a community to encourage and support your on your journey towards well-being.
How long will it take to get adjusted?
Even the busiest practice members commit to making chiropractic care a priority in their lives. Your adjustment will take 5-10 minutes. If, however, you want to schedule extra time, one-on-one with one of the doctors to talk about a particular issue, just ask and we will schedule appropriately.
What if I feel fine; do I need to keep coming back?
That is always up to you. However, it has been our experience that those who stop care when they are “feeling fine” return with the same problem, only it’s usually worse. On the other hand, those that commit to regular care find their problem rarely returns: as well they enjoy a higher quality of life and health.
